Greetings:

My name is Waldemar Ramirez, Founder and Principal Executive of Integrant Consulting Associates.

As a performance management consultant and certified business coach, I help organizational leaders attain and sustain peak performance. I work one-on-one with business leaders to help them discover and enjoy a faster path to attain clarity and control of their priorities and results, helping them achieve positive change.

For 30 years I worked in world-class technology and health care companies. As a senior operations executive, I performed management and leadership roles in Human Resources, Government / Public Affairs, Communications, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance. My experiences include strategy development, internal consulting and coaching, solution creation and delivery, planning, new product / process introduction, and people development. I also taught at the Engineering School of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR).

My undergraduate work was done at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. I pursued my graduate work in Stanford University. As a licensed engineer, I’m a member of the Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico (License 7012). I am also certified as a Coach by the Coaching Training Alliance (CTACC), and a Certified True Colors Facilitator.

My affiliations include the Society for Human Resources Management (SRHM), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA), and the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce (CCPR).
